QDROs were previously prepared by the Law Office of Philip D. Phillips since the late 1980s.  QDROs are currently prepared by QDRO Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation, and Philip D. Phillips' law practice has closed.  We no longer provide legal services and our business is strictly limited to the preparation of QDROs and similar division Orders.  For those of you who have used our services before, you should see no changes in the time or manner in which we prepare Orders.  The corporation does maintain Errors & Omissions Coverage for current preparations and professional liability coverage for services previously provided by the Law Office of Philip D. Phillips.
