QDRO Services
We prepare QDROs, DROs, COAPs, RBCOs and Division Orders for attorneys and pro se parties at a cost of $450 per Order. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. The person that hires us is responsible for getting the Order signed by the Judge and a certified copy back to us, with any additional forms or documents that may be required. We do not prepare Orders for out of state cases.
QDRO Review
We will review a QDRO or similar Order for an attorney that was prepared by another person. The fee is $100 per Order reviewed and we will provide written comments. We do not offer this service to pro se parties.
Decree Language Review
If we are hired to prepare a QDRO or similar Order, we are available to review the proposed division language in the Decree. Although we can't assist in actually drafting the language, we can provide suggestions so that the QDRO preparation goes smoothly. The terms of the QDRO or similar Order must match the terms of the Decree, unless the rules of the Plan being divided don't permit certain terms being followed.
